China 101 Tour (Yu Xi level)

Day 8

Start the day by visiting the provincial museum, with one of the best collections in China from this histroically significant region.

    

Transfer to the airport and take a flight to Guilin.

Drive to the scenic countryside and check-in at the unique and amazing Hotel of Modern Art (HOMA) set amongst the hills and rice paddies. Your deluxe king-bed room gives you a wonderful view of the mountains, and stepping outside gives you instant access to some of the most beautiful countryside in the world, completely unique to this one specific area of China.

    

Drive to the nearby town of Yangshuo, and explore this cute and small town with many shops and cafes, cobblestone paths, and the famous Li River running through it.

   

Enjoy a dinner in one of the many small restaurants with outdoor seating, and then drive back to your hotel.
