China 101 Tour (Ren Min level)

Day 8

Start the day by visiting the provincial museum, with one of the best collections in China from this histroically significant region.

    

Transfer to the airport and take a flight to Guilin.

Take a private boat down the Li River. On a small boat you are able to enjoy the quiet and peaceful nature of this lazy river; watching the cormorant fishermen catching fish with their birds, the water buffalo dipping their heads under the water to eat the grasses, and of course the beautiful peaked hills as you drift downstream.

    

After arriving in Yangshuo, transfer to the Paradesa Hotel (deluxe rooms in the VIP wing. This is a 4-star hotel, the nicest in the town, and very centrally located).

    

Enjoy a dinner in one of the many small restaurants with outdoor seating along the main road by your hotel.
