China 101 Tour (Ren Min level)

Day 5

Take a tour of the summer palace (newly restored for the 2008 Olympics and recently re-opened)

    

After have lunch at local restaurant, visit the Yong He Temple (Lama Temple) in the Northeast of Beijing. Like much of the construction in Beijing the 5 buildings are arranged on a North-South axis and date back to the Qing Dynasty.

    

Enjoy dinner at a old-style restaurant which is serving Sichuan food.
